Private Work Fees
The doctors are able to sign and complete various forms including, Insurance Forms, Driving Licence, etc. There is a standard charge per form as agreed by the British Medical Association.
We ask for between 2 and 4 weeks to complete the form. This is due to the amount of paperwork the doctors have as well as surgeries and house calls etc.
