About the Surgery

Welcome to Paxton Medical Group

Paxton Medical Group provides care for patients across three sites; Claughton Medical Centre, Fender Way Health Centre and Townfield Health Centre.

All three surgeries are purpose built with car parking facilities and disabled access. There are 15 doctors, 5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners and 7 Practice Nurses who work across all three sites.

We pride ourselves on the quality and continuity of care that we offer our patients and community in an ever-changing health service.

The Practice is fully computerised to improve efficiency. We constantly review our services, many of which are designed to promote a healthier lifestyle, and we invite you to make use of them.
